Responsibilities
:
• Present, promote and sell Electronics products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customer.
• Reach out to customer leads through company visits on regular basis and maintain all sales activity log through proper reporting on daily basis.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis for existing / potential customers to meet their project needs
• Manage and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and after sales experience
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
• Demonstration of best of work ethics by abiding by all commitments with internal and external customers and adhere to company policies all time during performing job related activities
• Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, potential for new products and promotional tends
Requirements
:
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven work experience in sales is preferred with selling, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to make understand technical literature and presentation product information
• Target driven approach with a proven track record in sales is preferred
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
