Accounts Executive

Job Description

  • Posting of Invoice GST and normal in General Ledger (All offices- LIS and LCC).
  • Posting of Receipts in General Ledger (LIS and LCC).
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements for CO and branches.
  • Passing of Tax Deduction JVs.
  • Posting of Credit Notes and Sales Return in General Ledger.
  • Updating of Bank Registers (LIS and LCC).
  • DFS.
  • Preparing Sales Incentives of (SMD and CSD).
  • Installation incentives of (CSD and SSD).
  • Signing of invoices, DCs, undertakings and GRNs (CO), after verifying with supportive documents.
  • Quarterly sales tax working with I.I, KM and JA (value addition).
  • Working on Annual Statement of value addition with I.I, KM and JA.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables (General Ledger with Bank Reconciliation Statement).
  • Preparation of Trial Balance subject to other posting completion at all ends.
  • Preparation of salary (CO) subject to attendance updated.
  • Assistance on yearly income tax and sales tax return to Manager.
  • Checking of emails.
  • Branches posting and checking their incentives.
  • Managing petty cash of branches.
  • Handle cheques and debit vouchers for branches.
  • Posting of old recovery.
  • Payment of telephone and electric bills.
  • Prepare cash reconciliation for branches.
  • Prepare an overall summary for month end meetings of all offices.
  • Outstanding follow ups for all offices department wise.
  • Perform standby administration work.
