Client Services Executive - Spanish

Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Skills:

1+ years of customer care representative experience.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along.

Active listener

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mind.

Demonstrated reputation in a pre-sales environment.

Ability to recognize the demands on of the clients.

Ability to work independently and to be proactive.

Ability to control outward emotions while handling interpersonal relationships with empathy.

Desired Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Responsibility:

Provide accurate, valid and complete information

Keep records of customer grievances and transfer to the relevant department.

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge.
