Reporting Analyst

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities for Reporting Analyst:

• Gathering raw data, from different dashboards and Softwares
• Creating and updating data sets that involve in tandem with the business requirements
• Handle project and present results and meet deadlines by collaborating multiple projects
• Handle Information processed confidentiality and proprietary nature of database
• Ensure high data quality through quality checks.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout portfolio companies
• Maintain business reporting databases of portfolio companies and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Communicate with business managers to ensure accuracy of reporting function
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form 
• Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
• Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
• Execute other tasks as directed by managers from time to time

Basic Qualification

• BS Accounting/ BS Accounting & Finance/ BBA Account or ACCA
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a reporting function
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, teamwork and organization skills
• Strong Excel knowledge & experience is mandatory 
• Strong Excel knowledge & experience is mandatory 
• Knowledge of US GAAP 
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is strongly preferred
