Job Description
General objective: Assist HR department in general and HRCo Assistant in particular, in execution and performance of daily administration activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Support for internal and external communication and administrative paper work.
Responsible for the practical arrangements for the arrival of MSF expatriates, facilitation in travel, accommodation & visa arrangements for MSF Staff & Visitors
Requisitioning and ensuring stock levels of supplies and materials for the office and living houses
Payment of utility bills
Filing and maintenance of the filing system in administration office.
Carry out the General Administrative tasks.
