Responsibilities
General Objectives
The Cook is responsible for preparing the food for the staff (lunch and dinner), including:
- Preparation of food
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen appliances, tools, utensils
- Report to administration the breakage or malfunctioning of kitchen appliances, tools, utensils
- Keep track of food expenditure
Cooks who join the Reserve Pool will be called at short notice by MSF for short assignments.
Cooks must be able to cook a range of cuisines (Asian and Continental)
