Learning and Development Supervisor

• • Responsible for the implementation and follow up of LnD Policies in coordination
  • Responsible to ensure preparation and implementation of the induction programs for all newly recruited staff 
  • Follow up on the internal and external local trainings, administrative and logistic support, identify local training providers, facilitate and deliver training of trainers/workshops
  • Ensure that learning assessment and development/Backup plans policies are  is shared and understood in all departments
  • Provide support to line managers with implementation of performance plans
  • Act as a back-up for LnD Manager to avoid gap in implementation of LnD activities in coordination

The candidate should have the ability to think critically, navigate in complex situations and suggest creative solution and also have experience in planning and delivering basic level trainings (adult learning).
