Cameraman (Videographer /Photographer)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for video production (videography, format exporting, archiving raw, etc).
• Produce professional quality video footage for supported projects/activities, including emergency coverage, using an HD quality video camera.
• Record narration/voice-over where needed in accordance with guidance from the supervisor.
• Archive the edited output in DV and DVD format along with keeping a professional log of the same and take guidance prior to and during each mission from the supervisor.
• The cameraman will produce and submit B-Rolls of broadcast quality for final production, keep a record of the final products, archive footage for campaigns and share with the concerned when needed.

Specialized Knowledge & Experience:

• At least five years of experience in videography and video editing
• Experience of video editing using FCP necessary
• Cameraman shall use his own HD quality video camera not below the specification of SONY HD NX5 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience of conception, production, and editing of mini video documentaries and PSAs.
• Experience covering social, humanitarian and development subjects within Pakistan will be an asset.
