Communication Officer (Audio / Visuals)

To support provincial EOC in drafting and posting communication material on social media, documentation/ archiving, developing content/products on polio, editing/post editing, sub-titling, graphics, designing, layout/artwork, voice overs, recordings etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to develop content/strategies for social media

Creativity & Good Communication/ Interpersonal skills

Conceptualize, oversee and ensure quality control of the production of advocacy and communication materials, generation of web and social media contents, events, campaigns etc., in collaboration with the PEI Social Media Team and other relevant actors.

Posting and boosting content/material on various social media platforms

Crises Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience engaging on different social media platforms (such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+)

Oversee the qualitative aspects of production such as quality control, translation, review of layouts and graphic design.

Prepare/advise on slide presentations (PowerPoint) to support the programme as required.

Reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
