EPI C4D Consultant

Responsibilities:

The Consultant will support in the implementation of the Communication Strategy for Routine Immunization (RI) through targeted advocacy, coordination with districts, support in introduction of new vaccines, creating synergy at the Provincial level, providing supporting on all Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization matters, and regular coordination with the Health Education Cell at districts and Town levels as well as coordination with the local partners ,working in the province for raising demand generation for vaccination services.

Qualification 

• An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Mass communication/journalism/Media studies (*A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree).

Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years’ experience of working in Media/communication assignments (public and private)
• Working experience of public health related projects. Past experience of working with Immunization Programmes will be preferred  
• Good written, oral and verbal Communication Skills with effective coordination capacity. Good command in English and fluency in local language (Punjabi) is a must.  
• Good computer skills with expertise in Microsoft office especially Word, Excel & Power point 

Contract Duration:

• 6.5 months

Salary:

• Based on achievement of Established Deliverables @PKR 300,000/- per month
