GIS Analyst

Responsibility:

• Extract transform and load data (ETL) into GIS database.
• Produce and update maps, drawings and other graphic representations
• Perform GIS Analysis by using appropriate tools.
• Geoprocessing development in Model Builder, Python and FME.
• Support deployment and user training.
• Maintain and update system documentation and ensure procedures are executed properly and in time.
• Research & Development for implementation of designated GIS tools and techniques
• Participate in technical investigations and prototyping
• Development of in-house data orientation

Essential Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop applications and extensions
• Knowledge of FME, 3D Modelling and visualization software
• Ability to create, produce and maintain maps to ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS

Education:

• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s Degree (preferred) in GIS, Geoinformatics or related discipline
