HR Officer

Responsibilities

Essential Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate in field of Human Resources.
  • CGPA 2.8 minimum.
  • Must have 4-6 months of internship experience.
  • Resident of Islamabad / willing to relocate
  • Looking for Female candidate in order to manage and maintain gender ratio for the company

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboard plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance,database etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Other duties given by supervisor
