Legal Consultant

We are looking for an experienced legal consultant's main objective is to provide assistance in all the legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.The individual interested in entering this field should be technically proficient in legal matters and should have in depth knowledge of the local legal environment as well.

2. He/she should have the ability to analyze legal disputes, issues, etc.

3. He/she should have strong communication skills and should be able to work independently.

4. He/she should be able to convey complex information in a simple way and make sure that the presented information is precise.

5. He/she should have strong sense of attention to detail and should be able to complete the given tasks and requests promptly and accurately.

6. He/she should be able to demonstrate high level of diplomacy, motivation, and tact while carrying out his/her duties.

7. He/she should be updated with the current laws and should be able to interpret and implement them in the right situations.

8. Good advising, monitoring, researching and supervising skills would be a plus

Essential Requirements

A higher University Degree (preferably Master’s - Equivalent to 16 Years of education),and specialize in legal matters Certification and practical application experience is an added advantage.

At least 2 years of experience in a reputable organization/firm

He/she is responsible for drafting and reviewing the legal filings and drafting technically correct opinions.

He/she is responsible for maintaining client relationships and conducts new research work as well. Commitment to gender equality.

Fluent in local languages of the area

Fluency in English language is desirable.
