Project Admin / Finance Officer

Job Description

Essential Requirements:

M.BA/master’s in social sciences

Having 5 to 8 years experience

Responsibilities

Maintaining operational system of Finance, Accounting and Audit pertaining to Government and other donor agencies according to set criteria and codal formalities

Preparation of budget estimates/Direct Release Orders (DROs) of ADP Schemes

Preparation of Accounts Record / Book Keeping of ADP Schemes and other projects

Support in preparation of SNE/Budget

Support in preparation of final list of Access & Surrender

Preparation of Accounts Record

Facing Audit Reports, Replies and Draft Paras

Appropriation of Accounts

Maintaining/Book Keeping

Procurements & its record keeping

Maintaining record of vehicles, telephone, dead stock and, other related activities.

Independent appraisals of Accounting, Financial and Operation systems, and Service to all levels of management.

Preparation of Pension Papers, GP Fund, Final Payment and Leave Encashment in lieu of LPR

HR, Administration & Litigation Managerial Functions:

Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling, dealing Court matters

Operative Functions:

Provision of Job Analysis, Human Resource Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Induction, Transfer, Promotion, Separation

Development of Performance Appraisal, Training, Executive Development, Career Planning, and Development

Integration for Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Grievance Redressal, Collective Conflict Management, Participation of Employees, Discipline

Proper Case Filing, Court Replies, if any, and presentation in Court, if needed
