Job Description

(Implementation, Coordination, Development)

Districts Preferred Peshawar, Kohat, Hangu, Upper Dir, Torghar, Khyber Agency, Kurram Agency, Orakzai Agency, North Waziristan, South Waziristan.

Essential Requirements:

Master’s in social sciences or equivalent

Having 8 to 10 years experience

Responsibilities

All kinds of coordination, management & operations of the unit

Support in development of NFE Policy as well as policy recommendations when required

Oversee the functioning and timely implementation of the workplans under various functional posts

To find out gaps and needs at Provincial, Regional, and District level administration, and recommend strategic plans and remedies

To find out gaps and needs of community, learners, & ALP Facilitators, and recommend comprehensive remedial plans

Conduct Meetings with the ALP authorities in the identified districts, to seek inputs for developing strategic plans at Provincial level

To submit quarterly report whether the implemented plan leaves positive effect and to record the weak areas for future strategies

Undertake research, studies, and surveys to assess the needs and requirements of an area for extending scope of its activities and disseminate information in respect thereof;
