Provincial Field Coordinator

Job Description:

Responsible for all technical team management, and stay in close coordination with concerns.

Develop weekly/monthly field monitoring plans for field staff, and share with concerned departments.

Coordination with government officials or security departments, also advise on security situation.

Ensure highest level of each data quality, being collected and reported.

Ensure provisions of amenities and Transport for the field staff and their field visits.

Conducts trainings on regular and need basis for the field staff.

Edit data and reports submitted by the field staff assess and compile finalized indicator summaries and reports/presentation as per agreed schedule/format. Also ensures the authenticity and health of all the reported data.

Documenting and reporting of issues/ difficulties/gaps with regard to any phase of work.

Develop and share monthly, weekly travel plan of the field staff with stakeholders and public bodies for approvals, and submit reports.

Compile and Document Case Studies and lessons learned from all districts of KP.

Random supervisory field visits for the spot check and any technical assistance.

Coordinate with UNICEF and HR on staff turnover, hiring, terminations, any deviations from plans

Any other related matters as and when requited by the Funding agencies or Public entities.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Sciences / Development Studies / or equivalent

Demonstrated work history of quantifying field data and presenting the same in a formal setting.

Overall, 7 - 10 years of working experience in the coordinating and management field teams.

Excellent intra-personal skills.

Good Analytical and IT skills are mandatory.
