Responsibilities
We are looking for a male HR intern. The resource should be graduate must have good communication skills in English and familiar with Basic HR functions.
Responsibilities:- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Assisting the HR Manager in Recruitment Procedure.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Post and update job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
- Address employee queries.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Other H.R. Related Tasks
- Experience with basic excel
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
