HR Intern

Responsibilities

We are looking for a male HR intern. The resource should be graduate must have good communication skills in English and familiar with Basic HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in Recruitment Procedure.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Post and update job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
  • Address employee queries.
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
  • Other H.R. Related Tasks

Must have:

  • Experience with basic excel
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Note:

This is a full-time office-based internship.

Duration: Minimum 3 months, upon successfully completion of the intern period we can offer you job as well if find suitable.

Stipend would be PKR 8000 to 10,000 per month.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
