IT Networking Executive

Job Description

We are looking for IT Networking Executive who will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and monitoring of network.

Responsibilities

Diagnosis of desktop, laptop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.

Troubleshooting and Configurations of network printers, Access points and other IT equipment.

Maintaining IT Inventory as well as coordinating with vendors for the purpose of repairing and warranty claims.

Troubleshooting of LAN and WAN.

Creation of domain accounts according to user job description.

Configuration of Email Accounts of all employees.

Procurement, installation, and maintenance of SSL certificates as they expire.

Monitor and install required Windows and Security updates across multiple servers.

Work with technical support team to troubleshoot website loading / performance issues.

Setup and configure remote desktop services with remote apps on new Windows Server machines.

Administer and troubleshoot issues with MS-SQL server, including log files and database mirroring configurations.

Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers.

Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.

Keep an eye out for needed updates.

Ensure network security and connectivity.

Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.

Resolve problems reported by end user.

Research and make recommendations on server system administration.

Requirement

Expert level knowledge of networking concepts.

In-depth knowledge of managing firewalls.

In-depth knowledge of Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, SIP).

Hands-on experience of Windows Server and Linux Servers is a big plus

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated.

Must possess a strong knowledge of new technologies.

Should be able to take up other tasks.
