5. Maintain very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer/PPH etc. - 

6. Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client

7. Strong Follow-up skillsand self-Motivated

8. Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia
