Job Description
Deal directly with customers / Tasker either by telephone, Skype or through CRM
Respond promptly to customer / Tasker inquiries.
Handle and resolve customers / Taskers complaints.
Evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
Perform Taskers On boarding process by conducting Background check, verification of submitted documents, skype interview and provide help for onboarding process.
Direct contact with Tasker through telephone, chat and email by provided leads by operations team.
Create ideas to participate in social media campaign for Customers and Taskers.
Maintain social media accounts for the promotions of the company.
Look after Admin panel to check day to day activities
Communicate and coordinate with other team members and management.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Lead and manage staff of 5 team members by delegating tasks and getting feedback on daily basis and report to the management.
Should be excellent in verbal and written communication.
Location: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar.
