Breeze Implementation Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as a subject matter expert on the Breeze platform within Care Cloud

Works collaboratively with clients and internal staff to deliver projects at high quality and on schedule

Prepares client-focused agendas and instruction to ensure successful knowledge transfer to Care Cloud clients

Provides expert guidance and collects client data required for configuration activities

Develops training plans and executes project plans and tasks

Prepares and reports timely status updates on management

Provides advice on Care Cloud’s best practices and training to clients

Utilizes the agreed upon tools to minimize the variability of the implementation process while continuing to try to improve standards

Identify and communicate project risks to key stakeholders

Conducts assessments of system use and process and makes recommendations for improvement

Manages the relationship and expectations of the client for a mutually beneficial outcome

Assists clients in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes and provides lessons learned to the Implementation Team and others as appropriate

SKILLS/TOOLS

Healthcare Expertise: Understands healthcare industry trends and ambulatory practice operations.

The ability to effectively assess and advise clients on ambulatory practice administrative, financial, clinical and operational best practices is critical

Consultative Approach: Ability to listen and acknowledge varying points of view and convey a level of professionalism and diplomacy that will serve to build and maintain relationships throughout the course of the implementation project and beyond

Strong Collaborator: Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple and diverse groups - effectively connects initiatives across departments

Client Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with clients via phone and email correspondence

Delivering Results: Organized, disciplined, and focused on outcomes with the ability to multitask, effectively set and manage priorities, and provide written documentation to support decisions

Leads Change: Guides and energizes others, models adaptability, and inspires strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity.

Integrity: Decisions and actions align with Care Cloud’s values and ethical standards, and ensures that sensitive and confidential material is protected and uncompromising

Ability to interpret, analyze, and discuss end-user needs and evaluate appropriate options and either formulate or identify solutions

Communication and Presentations: Ability to summarize and effectively convey complex and sensitive information to various audiences through different media and forums

Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
