Chief Accounting Officer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all SEC statutory annual and quarterly filling like Form 10-K and 10-Qs.
- Responsible for all offering documents like Form S-1 and S-1.
- Responsible for getting annual and quarterly audits done by external Auditors.
- Preparation of Pro Forma financial statements.
- Preparation of MTBC’s annual and quarterly earnings release and earning scripts.
- Ensure timely and effective monthly close.
- Coordinating and communicating with Bankers, investors, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of bank audits.
- Forecast and manage cash flow at both local and global level.
- Representing accounting department at Management and outside forums.
- Leading the accounting department and managing its day-to-day operations.
- Review monthly budget and ensure compliance.
- Oversee accounting for payroll, incentives, RSUs, payroll taxes, FICA and other payroll related issues.
- Prepare global tax model for US entity and work with external tax consultants to ensure timely completion and filling of all Federal and State tax returns.
- Work closely with top management during feasibility studies of prospective acquisitions.
- Responsible for external audit and filling of Pro Forma financials Form 8-K for all acquired businesses.
- Foresee and ensure smooth transition of all acquired businesses.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and provide strategies to maximize profit.
- Regularly examine financial information and ensure they are accurate and free of error.
- Proactively monitor the current business environment and industry changes and provide timely and effective response.
- Keep the entire team update to any changes in accounting, tax or compliance laws and provide appropriate trainings.
- Manage the entire finance team on day to day issues and provide feedback on individual performance and areas of improvement.
- Any other assignment as and when required by the top management.
- 8 Plus Year of PQE
- Big 4 and Oracle experience is a plus
