Client Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients
  • Ensures quality service is provided to the clients.
  • Exemplary attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations with professional courtesy.
  • Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities specific to your job role.
  • Shift duration is 9 hours a day and 5 days a week.
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks and organize workflow.
  • Requires excellent decision-making skills and initiative
