Responsibilities
- Maintain content in a library of reusable assets such as slides, pictures, video, and templates.
- Design, develop, author, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
- Assist other L&D team members in producing, editing, and delivering engaging training content through web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formats.
- Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations.
- Proof-read and edit content for proper use of grammar, punctuation, style, and brand guidelines. Review and test content for accuracy and usability.
- Review and evaluate training materials and programs for continuous improvement in training quality
- Work with L&D team and operations department to implement learning solutions.
- This role may involve travelling to and working at company offices in different locations for several days, when required.
- To be able to create engaging and effective training materials that enable learning objectives and enhance performance.
- Application of adult learning and blended learning principles in training material.
- Strong training content writing and development skills with focused attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and effectively communicate complex ideas through writing.
- Ability to quickly learn subject matter and finding information and fact checking through research.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of latest Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferable.
- Experience of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Captivate is desirable.
