Database Administrator
Responsibilities
- Ownership and day to day maintenance of a vast SQL database infrastructure.
- Writing Administrative level T-SQL and SQL scripts (stored procedures, functions and triggers) on a live environment.
- Maintenance of existing indexes and creating new indexes
- Handling SQL jobs, statistics, table management and triggers.
- Disaster recovery planning.
- Working with the development team to determine current and future requirements.
- Managing database permissions for teams.
- Replication monitoring
- Pending Changes for smoothness of replication cycles.
- Conflicts resolution.
