Education Content & Training Specialist - Clinical
Responsibilities
- 2-3 years of experience working in patient care including ambulatory and institutional settings.
- Hands-on experience working with EMR systems in a clinical setting.
- Deep comprehension of role based clinical workflows.
- Strong aptitude in MIPS/MACRA and its impact on provider documentation and patient outcomes.
- Independent self-starter who is a natural communicator, a strong cross-team driver, and has 3 or more years of experience developing and delivering clinical training.
- 3 or more years of instructional design work experience.
- Excellent understanding of instructional design methodologies, learning theory and training delivery techniques.
- Engaging presenter with excellent oral communication skills.
- Classroom training experience.
- Ability to effectively partner with various subject matter experts (SMEs) for knowledge acquisition and content validation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with management and peers.
- An organized and articulate writing style that makes technical details fun to learn.
- An ability to coalesce knowledge and data from disparate sources into clear and comprehensive training courseware.
- Creative thinker who is not afraid to bring new ideas and strategies to the table.
- Keen sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines.
- Strong background in proofreading and editing.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional poise and self-starter.
- Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude
