Intern - Training / Development
Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning content within a new onboarding program, as defined by the project plan.
- Gather feedback and create changes within developed content.
- Develop knowledge checks and other evaluation tools to ensure the content developed meets behavior-based performance objectives.
- Structure published content within the Internal Learning Management System.
- Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team of instructional designers, technical communicators, and learning analysts.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Develop Trainee Profiles.
