Learning and Development Executive

Responsibilities

Contributing to a culture of collaborative learning

Carrying out capability assessments across the IT organization

Designing blended learning solutions

Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs

Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs

Driving a culture of continuous professional development

Facilitating learning interventions

Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.

Administrating a LMS; user, training and Content Management.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Prior understanding of learning design and adult learning theories will be preferred.

MS office especially power point, MS teams

Working knowledge of articulate 360
