Able to design from the scratch to finish, interactive and fully responsive User Interface Design.

Find the best solutions for expressing complex ideas through intuitive design by creativity and logical thinking.

Work with the developers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Create graphical interface, web pages and templates using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.

Devise solutions and web components that meet institutional design standards and conform to industry best practices.

Understand concepts of progressive enhancement, mobile first and future friendly design. Highly encouraged Experience with HTML5, Twitter Bootstrap with reasonable understanding of LESS and Sass
