REQUIREMENTS:

Financial accounting and maintaining Financial Statements of the Company as per IFRS in Accounting Software

Dealing with Commercial Banks, SECP, Auditors, Tax & Legal consultants, Audit Committee and regulators

Facilitating external auditors for audit of Financial Statements under Financial Reporting Standards

Maintaining compliance with Internal Controls for Financial Reporting (ICFR) as required under US GAAP

Following exemption applications for company and PF under section 148, 150, 151, 154A, 235, 236

Follow clearance of shipments of IT and Office equipment received from China and U.S.

Reviewing and processing closings at the quarter and year end

Reviewing bank reconciliation statements of local and foreign currency bank accounts

Processing Payroll of employees after proper tax calculations

Preparing monthly/annual budget Cash flow projections and forecasting of Financial Position of the company

Managing company secretarial issues, board meetings, minutes of meetings according to Companies Act 2017

Review of fillings of monthly Income Tax statements and annual returns

Managing employees provident fund trust financial statements and investment decisions

Reviewing execution of contracts, procurement process and documents for processing financial transactions, including Local and Foreign remittances after proper tax calculations
