Vice President Operations

Dealing with Pak, US and Srilanka offices regarding Billing services.

Manage overall revenue cycle and Medical Billing process.

Oversees the operations of multiple medical billing services, which may encompass medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and/or reimbursement management.

Tele converse with the providers on regular basis to ensure the smooth running of operations and resolution of billing related issues.

Participate and provide updates regarding operations in daily Management meetings.

Ensures that the activities of billing operations teams within the group are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol and are compliant.

Ensure the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.

Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, attendance and problem resolution.

Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Provides advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures.

Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies

This role requires frequent traveling to Bagh AJK office.

Preferably IT/Finance Background

7+years’ experience in Management Role
