Job Position: Senior Sales Executive

Main Role:

Support the whole company in terms of raising the profile of MTS (My Tutor Source) through diverse marketing initiatives and to provide support to the sales & marketing team with the objective of growing client business along with maximizing revenue potential of the organization.

The candidate should possess a high degree of energy, commitment, initiative and enthusiasm along with a thirst for knowledge. The ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines is essential as is the ability to effectively communicate with customers and existing team members. The candidate needs to be feverish to work for a Startup.

Key Competencies:

? Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

? Marketing – proven experience of creativity, initiative and accuracy in this area

? Systems – confidence with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and marketing software or ability to learn quickly

? Communications skills – ability to communicate clearly and confidently to clients, with excellent customer service ethics

? Organizational skills – multi-tasking, prioritizing, planning, preparation and follow up.

? Inside sales activities like extensive research based on several variables, analyzing data, and then taking action on results and indicators.

Key Qualifications:

? Master or Bachelor Degree in the relevant field

? Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

? Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

? Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
