Hardware Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Setup the user account, permission, security and group policy into the server.

• Installation, maintaining and configuring Network setup.

• Provide client support and technical issues resolution via e mail, phone and other electronic medium.

• Diagnosing and fixing the system/server hardware and network issues inside office and at client side.

• Managing client expectations and escalating critical situations to Team Lead.
