• Provide exemplary customer service employing strong technical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Handle tasks that will include installing & configuring computer systems, diagnosing software faults & solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face
• Attract potential customers by answering product & service questions; suggesting information about other products & services
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information & analysing customer needs
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting & analysing customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email & site visits providing information & closing queries
• Develop reports on regular basis related to customer support
• Must have own bike
Skills:
• Must know the operating of Computer
• Having knowledge of Networking and IP Address
• Past experience of Access Control & Time Attendance is plus point
