Civil Cad Designer

Nextbridge Private Limited is looking for Civil Cad Designer in one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore, or it can be a remote position.

Responsibilities:

This person will play a key role in the water resources group, which involves a wide range of civil engineering and water resources related projects

They will have flexibility to design and build solutions that impact ecosystems, watersheds, and communities for their clients

This position could sit in office or be fully remote • Focus on large environmental restoration projects that involve embankment systems, levees, low and high head reservoirs, pump stations, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation, wetland and lake restoration, watershed issues and storm water collection systems;

Prepare design drawings in Civil 3D

Perform other duties as needed, based on qualifications and interest, including communication with clients, generating new business opportunities, managing sub consultants/ staff, water modeling, etc.

Qualification:

7+ years of Autocad Civil drafting experience (Civil 3D preferred)

Experience with and ability to create/manipulate surfaces and corridors • Experience working with SFWMD is a plus

Training and experience in the use of standard hydraulic modelling software is a plus (e.g. HECRAS, SWMM, ICPR, GEOSLOPE)

Experience with Infra Works, Civil 3D, GIS, standard hydrologic data analysis software and sediment transport modeling preferred

Highly capable of developing design and bid packages including design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to comprehensively present our clients project(s) for construction

Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to complete project tasks

Ability to provide professional-level verbal and written communication skills • An attitude and commitment to being passionate about doing exceptional work, energizing staff, and delivering responsive service to our clients

High level of personal integrity with a strong work ethic.
