International Chat Support Executive

Job Description

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 4 x International Chat Support Executives in one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Requirements:

A suitable candidate for this role would be:

Holding atleast a Bachelor's degree.

Possessing excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Willing to work in rotating shifts.

6 AM to 3 PM 2 PM to 11 PM 10 PM to 7 AM

Must have gained atleast a few months to 1 year's experience in rendering live-chat support services to international clients based especially in the US, Europe and Canada.

Possessing excellent client relationship building and management skills

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

3 sick/casual leaves

Company subsidized lunch/dinner

Night shift allowance

Travelling allowance for female staff

DayCare facility for female staff's children

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
