International Chat Support Executive

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 4 x International Chat Support Executives in one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Requirements:

A suitable candidate for this role would be:

• Holding atleast a Bachelor's degree.
• Possessing excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.

06 AM to  03  PM 

02 PM to  11  PM 

10 PM to   07 AM

• Must  have gained atleast a few months to 1 year's experience in rendering live-chat support services to international clients based especially in the US, Europe and Canada.
• Possessing excellent client relationship building and management skills

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

• 3 sick/casual leaves 
• Company subsidized lunch/dinner

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
