Legal Executive

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 1 x Legal Executive for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Role and responsibilities: 

• Monitoring all legal affairs within the company while handling both internal and external legal concerns.
• Briefing team of staff members on legal issues, potential liabilities and possible courses of actions.
• Writing and reviewing settlement documents, contracts, agreements and more.
• Staying up to date on all current laws and make legal recommendations accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law / Legal Studies/ Corporate Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prepare complex legal documents
• Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Exceptional leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

• 3 sick/casual leaves 
• Company subsidized lunch/dinner

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
