Front Desk Officer

Job Description

  • Greet visitors/candidates warmly.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Manage the schedule of conference rooms.
  • Receive parcel, packages etc. and ensure proper delivery of the same.
  • Ensure employment form filled by the candidate and forwarded to HR.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Assist Directors for secretarial work.
  • Take minutes of meeting notes and report back to the directors.
  • Update director appointments and meeting calendars.
  • Arrange gesture for guests/visitors as per the company s standards.
  • Make travel and meeting arrangements for the directors.
  • Track documents record pertaining to the directors signature and approval.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly meeting agenda and prepare a calendar for coordination.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and letters.
