Job Description
- Greet visitors/candidates warmly.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Manage the schedule of conference rooms.
- Receive parcel, packages etc. and ensure proper delivery of the same.
- Ensure employment form filled by the candidate and forwarded to HR.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Assist Directors for secretarial work.
- Take minutes of meeting notes and report back to the directors.
- Update director appointments and meeting calendars.
- Arrange gesture for guests/visitors as per the company s standards.
- Make travel and meeting arrangements for the directors.
- Track documents record pertaining to the directors signature and approval.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly meeting agenda and prepare a calendar for coordination.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and letters.
