Senior IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performing requirements analysis.
2. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
3. Create Scope, Wireframes, and Flow-Diagrams.
4. Business Understanding of different app & web-based solutions.
5. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
6. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
7. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
8. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
9. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
10. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
11. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
12. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
13. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
14. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
15. Create & Monitor deliverables and verifying them before UAT.
