Senior SQA Analyst
Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Sound understanding of QA, QC, and SDLC/STLC/ATLM
- Create thorough test plans with detailed test cases and scenarios
- Involves in functional, non-functional, smoke, unit, integration, compatibility, usability, regression, load, and stress testing
- Hands-on expertise with both black box and white box testing
- Develop Testing Metrics and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Automate testing by using industry-leading tools such as Selenium, J-Meter and Appium
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, SQL, and databases (relational and non-relational)
- Conduct API testing using postman and prepare API documentation
- Extensive coaching and mentoring of subordinates
- Capable of leading the whole software quality assurance team
- Execute test cases with high attention to details
- Take complete ownership of the work to be delivered in each sprint
- Use GitScrum to update the status of tasks and report bugs
- Profound experience of testing web and mobile based applications
- Ability to perform comfortably in fast-paced, dead-line oriented agile work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Good time management skills to plan and prioritize workload and demands Understanding of versioning control system would be a plus point
