Customer Services Executive

  • The ”Customer Service Executive” may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

  • Reviewing social media and either answering inquiries or routing them to the appropriate internal team. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration. Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services. Answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.

  • Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to read, interpret and clarify customers’ goals and craft thoughtful responses.

  • Has a positive and uplifting attitude.
