Social Media Marketing Executive

We are seeking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Executive for our newly open Coffee Shop – New York Coffee based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.

The right candidate must have previous working experience in online/social/other fields of marketing. Must have knowledge of latest marketing tools and software to support social media account management. Should have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

Job Description:

Plan, execute and manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, SMM, content writing, blog, advertising campaigns, marketing database, email, print and display advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and increase sales

Design and implement marketing plan, promotional materials and advertising opportunities

Ability to create good quality content for client industry specific postings on social media

Collaborate often with designer for digital media content and printing requirements

Perform research and identify potential target audience, latest trends and insights and optimize performance

Solid knowledge and experience of website analytical tools – Google Analytics, Net Insights, Omniture, Web trends

Experience in optimizing land pages and user funnels

Promote both onsite and offsite activities that build traffic, ranking and profile

Ability to multi-task and work in a team with limited supervision

Dedicated to meeting deadlines and working on assigned monthly targets

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses based on KPI, ROI

Requirements:

Bachelors in Marketing / relevant field

Minimum 2 years in Marketing/ Digital marketing preferably (but not compulsory) in a hospitality industry

Preferably having basic understanding of adobe photoshop, video graphics, animation and illustrator

Critical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

Natural leader who displays strong decision making and attention to details
