Responsibilities

We are looking for a female "HR Executive" to join our company .

Its a NIGHT SHIFT job (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) .

Fresh and experienced both can apply.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for this role include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles.

• Write and post job descriptions.

• Source potential candidates.

• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.

• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).

• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
