Social Media Officer / Executive

We are an Accounting firm based in Brisbane, Australia. Our growing firm is looking for a Social Media officer to join our growing team. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube).

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to website redesign projects, monitoring and posting on blogs and social networks, engaging in online forums, participating in online outreach and promotion, optimizing our website and conducting keyword analysis.

Candidate must have SEO and SMO knowledge, knowledge of Google Tools for Digital Marketing Strategies. Only short-listed interviews will be conducted and you may be asked to write a brief overview of what you can contribute in the business before the selection.

Australian culture and knowledge would be preferred.

Your role will include –

· Social media creation across a range of platforms and channels.

· Creating, editing, uploading and publishing content.

· Creating images and video content for social media.

· Content scheduling using various scheduling tools.

· Website redesign, writing Blogs

Ideally you will have –

· An interest in writing and content generation.

· An understanding of how social media is leveraged by brands.

· Experience using Facebook, Linkedin and other social media platforms.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· An understanding of brand appropriate content.

· An understanding of content variation between platform.
