Odoo Developer Consultant

We are looking for an Odoo Implementation Expert who shall lead all aspects of implementing Odoo in our organization and then maintain it. This involves analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of the project. To succeed in this role you should have natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. As our Odoo Implementation Exert, you are responsible to lead the implementation project, help our employees to use Odoo online platform in their business.

Responsibilities:

? Analyze employee and department needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo.

? Accompany employee and department in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.

? Coach employee and department on how to use Odoo efficiently through an individual session.

? Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials).

? Follow and check the development part.

? Support: Take part in the first line support.

? Customize the software as per requirements.

? Customized reports as per management requirements.

? Train new users.

? Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customization).

? Develop application/features that affect everyday life.

? Odoo framework knowledge.

? Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts.

? Knowledge of Linux flavored operating system.

? Contribution to Open Source Projects.

? Interest in enterprise application development.

? Techno-functional expertise.

Requirements:

? Bachelor or Master degree.

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in Odoo with multiple implementations completed successfully.

? Ability to understand different business processes.

? Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.

? An affinity with the IT world, you understand what an ERP is and what open source is.

? Excellent planning and communication skills.
