Production Manager - Washing Machine /Air Cooler

A well-reputed flagship holder organization is looking for the following staff for its new and purposely build production hall for washing machines and air cooler. All positional candidates must fulfill the posted job criteria as well as the proven track record with minimum experience of 5 plus years. Preference will be given to all those candidates who have relevant work experience in an industry related to Washing Machines and Air Coolers manufacturing.

Production manager job responsibilities often deal with the company's image. Some duties include speaking with clients about effective advertising strategies, preparing budgets, sending files to vendors, contacting suppliers and deciding the appropriate deals for the production. They may be in charge of directly production stream right from the supply chain to fulfilling sales demands.

Because of the nature of the work, production manager need to be flexible and demonstrate critically thinking when working with a company. Good communication skills in both speaking and writing will also be necessary in order to convey ideas and campaigns to both the company and the advertising managers must also be able to work effectively in a team, have good computer skills and show decisiveness in difficult situations.
