Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  1. Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees.
  2. Update and record keeping of fixed assets of company.
  3. Assist in supervision of drivers, Peons and other admin staff.
  4. Handling company mobile SIM portfolio, activation/deactivation of Sims, services on Sims and its proper record keeping.
  5. Ensure proper Travel arrangements for employees’ international or national tours.
  6. Deals with matters related to visa processing, issuance of chamber reference letters, preparation & submission of documents to concern authorities.
  7. Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management.
  8. Manage fleet management operations (Vehicle allocation Maintenance and repair).
  9. Ensure general repair & maintenance of all office equipment & assets.
  10. Maintain vehicle log books & compile fuel report.
  11. Contact with vendors and courier services for invoicing and on-time delivery of office supplies etc.
  12. Visit to Branches and problem Solving .
  13. Controlling the expenditures and materials used by the entire administration.
