Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in bidding on freelance platforms for software house projects and working with international clients.

Responsibilities:

Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Preparing and submitting proposals, quotes, and bids on various freelance platforms.

Ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.

Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure successful project delivery.

Managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients.

Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bidding on all freelance platforms for software house projects.

Proven track record of successfully winning projects and managing international clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software and project management tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
