HR Officer

Role and Responsibilities

As an Officer of Human Resources, you are required to

Oversee recruitment and hiring process

Conduct new employee orientations

Process paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Resolve issues between management and employees

Advise managers on relevant policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment

Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees

Conduct biannual training to educate all employees on company policies and their legal rights

Direct disciplinary procedures should the need arise

Maintain the corporate identity of the organization in all manners of communication and dealings

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience (3+ years recommended) in HR management

Bachelors in Business, Management or technology-related field. A degree or certification in Human Resources Management is preferable.

A strong LinkedIn profile is a big plus, but not required to apply.

Preferred Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Creative with an attention to detail

Good organization, coordination and time management skills

Dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction

Fluent in MS Office or a related productivity suite
